When I was younger and naive I suddenly decided to grow a set and begin to step into the online money making game. I was very wet behind the ears but read and seen ads for many “get rich quick biz ops”. I had no idea at the time what they were all about but it gave me a very crazy idea to try one.
I had been working as a barback at a bar down the street so at the time I had a nice chunk of change in my pocket and signed up for a turnkey pharmaceutical sales site with promises and hopes of making A LOT of money.
So my site went live and I did what they explained I should do but I had ABSOLUTE NO KNOWLEDGE and I mean none zero zilch of how to generate traffic, get ranked with seo, ppc, text links, articles, etc you name it I WAS CLUELESS!!!
It didn’t take long for me to realize I was in way over my head and my 300 hard earned bucks was gone like that. That’s a lot of dough for a broke ass young college kid and I hate losing money especially not knowing why or how it happened.
This event could have ended my drive for financial success via the internet right there, but it didn’t. With my tail tucked between my legs and looking like a complete jack ass I started all over and from the beginning.
I set out on my long journey to slowly teach myself enough information to make some money online. So in the end they may have won that battle but they will not win the war and many other cliche sayings also.
